This Privacy Policy for NeurXn ("we," "us," or "our") explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use FinyOracle and any related website, product, or service that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

FinyOracle is an AI-powered trading analytics platform that interprets price action, technical indicators, and market context to generate informational analysis and trading insights for crypto and forex markets.

1. WHO WE ARE

2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services, and limited information from service providers that help us operate the Services.

A. Account information When you create or use an account, we may collect:

  • email address
  • username
  • name
  • profile image, if provided through a login provider
  • authentication-related identifiers such as your Clerk user ID

Authentication is handled by Clerk. We do not store your password directly on our own servers.

B. Analysis and usage information When you use FinyOracle, we may collect and store information related to your analyses, including:

  • market and symbol
  • interval or timeframe
  • technical indicators selected and related parameters
  • chart images generated internally based on your selected inputs
  • timestamps
  • prompts and structured inputs used to generate the analysis
  • generated outputs, including analysis text, summaries, warnings, reasoning, confidence, bias, trade decision, take-profit, stop-loss, risk/reward, and similar fields
  • successful and failed analysis attempts
  • account-linked usage history

C. Purchase and transaction information When you purchase credits or other paid features, payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full payment card or payment instrument details.

We may receive limited transaction information from payment providers, such as:

  • customer name
  • customer email address
  • order or transaction ID
  • purchase status
  • basic order metadata relevant to the credit top-up

D. Support and communications If you contact us, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

E. Technical and device information We automatically collect limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services, such as:

  • IP address
  • browser type
  • device information
  • operating system
  • basic usage and interaction data
  • approximate regional or country-level information inferred from IP for security and operational purposes
  • error, crash, and diagnostic data

We do not collect precise GPS-based location data.

F. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies We use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for purposes such as:

  • authentication and session management
  • security and fraud prevention
  • saving preferences such as theme, filters, and language
  • basic analytics and performance measurement

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. AI PROCESSING AND ANALYSIS GENERATION

To provide the Services, we may send analysis-related inputs to third-party AI providers, such as OpenAI and Google Gemini.

These inputs may include:

  • prompts and instructions
  • asset and market data
  • selected indicators and analysis parameters
  • internally generated chart images
  • related analysis context needed to produce the requested output

As a general practice, we do not intentionally send directly identifying personal information such as your email address or username to AI providers for the purpose of generating analysis results, unless this becomes technically necessary for a specific feature or support workflow.

AI-generated outputs may be stored in your account history together with the related analysis request and result metadata.

5. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Depending on your location, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:

  • performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract
  • our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and supporting the Services
  • your consent, where required by applicable law
  • compliance with legal obligations

6. WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Services. Depending on how you use the Services, these may include providers for:

  • authentication and account management
  • payment processing and merchant-of-record services
  • AI inference and analysis generation
  • hosting and infrastructure
  • analytics and performance measurement
  • monitoring, logging, and error tracking
  • transactional email delivery

Examples of providers we may use include Clerk, Lemon Squeezy, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Resend, and hosting or infrastructure providers such as Vercel and Railway.

We may also disclose information:

  • if required by law, regulation, court order, or legal process
  • to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of the Services, our users, or others
  • in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own targeted advertising or independent marketing.

7. THIRD-PARTY LOGINS

You may be able to sign in using third-party login providers, such as Google, through Clerk.

If you choose a social or third-party login method, we may receive limited profile information made available by that provider, such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider-related user identifiers. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

Our use of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

8. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

We use essential cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Services to function properly. We also use basic analytics tools to understand usage trends, performance, and feature adoption.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies or analytics technologies may be subject to consent before they are activated.

If you are located in a region where cookie consent is legally required, we may present a consent banner or similar controls.

9. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our rights, and protect against fraud or abuse.

In practice:

  • account information is generally kept while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward
  • analysis history may be retained indefinitely as part of your account history, unless we later archive, back up, anonymize, or delete older records
  • transaction records may be retained as needed for accounting, operational, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes
  • support communications may be retained as reasonably necessary to address support, legal, or operational issues
  • certain technical logs and older records may be archived or deleted over time, and some categories may begin to be removed, archived, or minimized after approximately two (2) years where appropriate

10. ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA REQUESTS

At this time, self-service account deletion may not be available inside the product.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at neurxn.ai@gmail.com.

When you request deletion, we may delete your account manually, subject to technical limitations, legal obligations, fraud-prevention needs, payment-related recordkeeping, security needs, and our need to retain certain information to protect the Services and other users.

If an account is deleted, some or all associated history, credits, settings, and stored analysis records may be lost and may not be recoverable.

11. SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, monitoring, and security measures appropriate to the nature of the Services.

However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We are based in Argentina, but we use service providers and infrastructure that may process information in Argentina, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate.

By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable law.

13. MINORS

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

If you believe that a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

14. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

16. DO-NOT-TRACK

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is not yet a uniform industry standard for responding to those signals, we do not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If a change is materially important, we may also provide additional notice where appropriate.
